Here at the Little Island Grove we pick and process to ensure we honour this long history. Our olives are picked at optimum ripeness and promptly processed to ensure the highest quality of oil. Cold pressing produces the most aromatic and flavoursome oil. Our oil – 41 Rows, is perfect for drizzling over salads, poached eggs and roast vegetables, for dips, bread and soups. Or like us, due to the excellent quality of our oil, we use it for all our cooking, even sautéing and frying.
